The staff was helpful and welcoming. Our room had a beautiful sunrise view of the pool and mountains. The room was spacious and clean upon arrival and had a full kitchen. The breakfast was good - variety and even had oat milk which is rare - and I appreciate it as I am dairy free. The only issue we had was that one day of our three-day stay our bed wasn’t made. The card by the bed said to place it on the bed if you wish your linens to be changed. We did not need new sheets so we assumed the bed would be made with the same sheets; it was left unmade. Perhaps it was an oversight but it bothered me because I make up my own bed at home each day. The next day we did place the card on the unmade bed, and while we aren’t sure the sheets/limens were changed, the bed was at least made.

This place is SO dirty and smells like cigarettes everywhere for some reason. It looks so nice in the pictures which is total false advertising. My family and I booked because we travel often for my husband to work, and we were super excited about this one until we got there. The checkout was an absolute hassle, the lady at the front told us we wouldn’t get charged for anything until after the stay but we got charged for the full first night before even getting to our room!! When we got to our room it was absolutely disgusting and so much smaller than it was in the pictures. It was an accessible room because that’s all they had left, but even someone who is handicapped would not be able to get around that room, let alone use the shower that was ghetto rigged and zip tied?! There was pee on the shower curtain, the walls had dings and scratches all over it, it was worn down and smelled like my grandmas house that would smoke a pack a day. Absolutely disgusting, we immediately took our stuff and went back down and cancelled our whole stay and STILL haven’t gotten a refund for the one night we weren’t supposed to be charged for. Never ever recommending anyone to stay here.

Nice gym with a Peloton, breakfast is okay, nothing to write home about. The room was nice with a kitchenette, that came in handy when my kids arrived to spend a few days with me during my travels. The location is not prime, but definitely away from the chaos in the city and right next to the interstate. I should elaborate on not prime, I enjoy eating and it’s not centered around food. lol. However there is a Thai restaurant that is really good right there. Everyone I talked to before arriving recommend them and their sister location. All other food is 10 minutes or less away. If you want to head to the strip or Fremont St. I believe it was less than 20 minutes away. Fun time.

Enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly, hotel was spotless and loved the convenience of the free breakfast in the lobby. Great place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere more quiet that’s not on the strip. Easy to get an Uber within a few minutes.

I love to stay in Marriott Property's, so I go on a couple of stay cations a year to relax either alone or with my kids so they can enjoy the pool. I'm an office manager for a Mariott Property and I can't even think of a time where I treated a guest as poorly as I was treated yesterday. I went to check in and the Lady at the desk introduced herself as the General Manager of the Element Property in Sumerlin. As I informed her, I was checking in she asked for my last name and ID which I provided both, but she still continued taking to me with an attitude than asked me for my Marriott form and I said I could email It, and she said absolutely not and those are the rules. So, I asked If can use the business center to print form she guided me to the computer so my daughter that's 18yrs old offered to pay my room as I walked away, and this lady charged or authorize her card $100 and then asked my daughter to see ID and she shows it and then informs her that she can't check me in because she's not 21. Even though I told her my daughter wasn't staying she still wouldn't check me in. Super rude and disrespectful has no empathy for her guest and my daughter still hasn't received her money back because I didn't want to stay there anymore.
